Buttons on Website Do Nothing:

Q:  When I click on a button in shopping cart / checkout / account pages nothing happens.

A:  This is a javascript issue.  Either your browser does not have javascript enabled or you need an updated version.
( It is also possible something is blocking your browser from functioning correctly ) 

1. Please check that you have the latest browser  |  browsehappy.com

2. Please ensure that you have the latest java  |  www.java.com  

3. Please check that you have javascript enabled  |  www.enable-javascript.com

 

Receive Notifications:

Q:  How do I sign up for notification when a product comes back into stock?

A:  First the product must be out of stock and then you must go to the product page to sign up to be notified.  Once you are on the product page for the product click the link that states "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock", as pictured below.

 

Website is Not Working:

A:  Nothing appears to be working on the website / or it is just not functioning correctly.

Q:  There could be a hundred different issues, but the following will definetly take care of the issue:

1. Please check that you have the latest browser  |  browsehappy.com

2. Please ensure that you have the latest java  |  www.java.com  

3. Please check that you have javascript enabled  |  www.enable-javascript.com

Still not working?

A toolbar / Malware / or a Setting on the web browser may be causing the problem.
